Foxholes Farm Wedding Venue- Now Taking 2013 Bookings & Only Two Weekends Left For 2012

Foxholes Farm is a recently established wedding venue where in particular the special atmosphere and surroundings provide a spectacular setting for a truly unique, relaxed wedding reception.

Option 1- Exclusive Use
You will have full use of five individually styled holiday cottages sleeping up to twenty four people, a beautiful 8m x 21m marquee which can seat upto 140 people, extensive lawned areas for relaxing and photo opportunities, two fields for parking & overnight camping. Should you have a larger guest list than 140 people please contact us for options as we can add on extensions to the marquee to increase the size.
The weekend begins from you and your guests arrival in the cottages at 12pm on Friday. Your reception will be held in the marquee which is fully lined and comes complete with a top table, round tables seating 8-10 people , neutrally decorated with limewashed banqueting chairs and romantic chandeliers to enable you to tie in your chosen colours on finishing touches such as flowers, bunting and bows (to be provided by yourselves), the floor is wooden and there is a wooden dancefloor. A bar is provided on the understanding that we will provide the bar service, however you may wish to do this yourself in which case you are responsible for glasses, bar staff and hire of a bar. We also provide luxury toilets on site for all your wedding guests and campers to use over the weekend. All of the above is provided for a 48 hour period at a cost of £4750.00.

Option 2- Marquee Only
This is available for people who do not require any overnight accommodation, and the marquee is situated in fields adjacent to Foxholes Farm.
Your reception will be held in the marquee which is fully lined and comes complete with a top table, round tables seating 8-10 people , neutrally decorated with limewashed banqueting chairs and romantic chandeliers to enable you to tie in your chosen colours on finishing touches such as flowers, bunting and bows (all to be provided by yourselves), the floor is wooden and there is a wooden dancefloor. A bar is provided on the understanding that we will provide the bar service, however you may wish to do this yourself in which case you are responsible for glasses, bar staff and hire of a bar. We also provide luxury toilets on site for all your wedding guests, all of this is provided at a cost of £3500.00.

 Catering & Bar
All catering is by tour team of expert chefs, wedding breakfasts start from £29.50 per head, alternatively we can provide buffets, hog roasts or a summer barbecue. Menus will be decided in full consultation with the chefs, we provide all waiting staff, crockery, linen & glassware, along with a fully manned & licensed bar.

Licensed Venues
Although Foxholes Farm is not licensed to hold your ceremony there are various nearby venues, the newly refurbished bandstand in Weston Park (20 minute drive away) and the central dome of the pavillions at Sheffield Botanical Gardens (20 minute drive away) . These venues all have licenses to conduct Civil Ceremonies and Civil Partnership Ceremonies.

Cars
We can also provide a handpicked vintage selection of cars and transport for your day including a moonbeam silver Rolls Royce Phantom I 1926, a scarlett open top Bentley Derby 4 ¼ Litre 1938 Van den Plas and a moonbeam silver Bentley GTC.
