1. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We have completed a notification under the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “Act”) with the Information Commissioner. We comply with the Act and ensure you have the benefit of all the protection the Act grants to you. 2. Information you provide
We treat any information that you provide to us as strictly confidential. We will not give the information to any third party without your consent. We may invite you to provide information that will allow us to reply to you, such as to give you further information on our products or services or to arrange a visit or quotation. We will also use this information in the future to advise you of other products and services which may be of interest to you. This would also include where you register to receive further information or to provide feedback to us.
In relation to any information and/or details that you provide to us:
You expressly authorise us to store, use or otherwise process any personal information (non financial) which relates to you and we may collect this information into a file specific to you.
It is for you to ensure that the details you provide are accurate and complete.
In the event that we change any of the terms of this Privacy Policy we shall notify you.

3. Cookies
We may use “cookies” for collecting your information from our web site. However, we will not collect any information about you without your knowledge except as required for the system administration of our web server.
“Cookie” is the name of a message given by a web server to a web browser. The message is then stored by the web browser in a text file called “cookie.txt” and can be removed from your system at any time. Each time the web browser requests a page from the web server, this message is sent back. A cookie’s main objective is to identify users and personalise their visit by customising web pages for them, for example by welcoming them by name next time they visit the same website. Where we use cookies we will invite you to provide personal information such as your name, e-mail address and interests.
You can also set the preferences for most web browsers to automatically block cookies.
Accommodation Booking Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing to book Foxholes Farm, Hoarstones Road, Low Bradfield, Sheffield, S6 6HY. We look forward to welcoming you. When you make this booking you are entering into an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.
Prices: The price of the accommodation includes the following:
Electricity, Linen, Hot water, Central heating
Booking: On booking, either by telephone or via email we will require the following:
For accommodation bookings a deposit of 50% of the total cost to confirm the booking . The remainder of the cost is due seven days prior to arrival.
Payment is usually by paypal, cheque or bank transfer.
Pets: We do not accept pets, there are however two boarding kennels nearby.
Cancellation and Insurance: Once you have booked Foxholes Farm, our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit(s) is (are) non-refundable. If for whatever reason you cannot take your holiday and the booking cannot be re-let, you are still liable to pay for the booking in full, even if we have not yet received your balance. If we do succeed in re-letting the booking, you are no longer liable for the balance, or we will refund it to you if you have already paid it, less a £10.00 administration fee. Please note that your deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. For this reason we strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker.
Non-availability of Accommodation: We would only cancel your holiday if our facilities were unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid to ourselves in connection with your holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Arrival: Your accommodation will be available from 2pm on your day of arrival.
Departure: For individual cottage bookings please be ready to leave the accommodation by 10.00 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. For wedding parties please vacate the accommodation by 12pm on your day of departure. Please try to leave the accommodation as clean as possible. Please leave all keys back in the red postbox.
Damages and Breakages: Please take care with our properties. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant, and we may make an additional charge of £50.00 if you did not report this.
Liability: We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Rural Location: Properties in rural locations can experience some animal noise and occasionally noise from grass cutting or other farm machinery or activities. In rural areas, insects and other pests are fairly common and not necessarily an indication of poor housekeeping standards. Whilst preventative action is always taken, these pests can never be eradicated completely.
Farmhouse: Foxholes Farmhouse is tenanted, and therefore we ask you to respect the tenants and keep noise to a minimum after 10.00pm. Please remember to park your vehicles in a courteous manner in order that the tenants can access the property- remember this is their home.
Wedding Bookings Additional Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions aim to protect all parties through a better understanding of contractual and legal obligations of both the client and venue when confirming a booking.
Definitions: The 'Foxholes Farm Weddings Ltd' and 'We' means the property(ies) for which a contract is agreed. The property is operated by Foxholes Farm & Foxholes Farm Weddings Ltd. The 'Client' and 'You' means the organising body/company and organiser responsible for commissioning of and payment for the event.
Bookings/ Reservations
a. All initial and subsequent telephone reservations must be confirmed in writing by you. The confirmation must include all requirements. All bookings are considered provisional until booking confirmation is sent by Foxholes Farm Weddings Ltd.
b. The confirmation will detail the minimum numbers agreed at the time of booking. Final confirmation of numbers must be given three weeks before the event; if these numbers drop below the minimum numbers originally contracted, these contracted minimum numbers will be charged.
c. A deposit of 25% of the venue cost will be taken as confirmation of your booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
d. Any variation in booking, guest numbers and/or arrangements must be confirmed to the Foxholes Farm Weddings Ltd in writing or via email.
Payment
a. Full pre-payment is required for all wedding bookings.
b. 25% of the venue cost is due by 31st January of the year of the event
c. 25% of the outstanding venue cost plus all food and drink charges are payable 2 weeks prior to the event
d. The organiser shall be responsible for the payment of all the fees and royalties, which may be due in respect of the event to the Performing Rights Society, Phonographic Performances Ltd, the Copyright Licensing Agency Ltd, the Educational Recording Agency Ltd, or any other relevant person, firm or organisation.
e. VAT is not applicable

Cancellation
a. Upon acceptance and confirmation of your booking by Foxholes Farm Weddings Ltd, a legally binding contract exists. If you are forced to cancel your booking for any reason we reserve the right to make a cancellation charge.
The following cancellation charges apply:
6 months prior - minimum charge of 10% of the estimated event value in addition to the deposit paid.
2 months prior - 50% of the estimated event value in addition to any deposit paid.
Within 1 month - 75% of the estimated event value in addition to any deposit paid.
N.B. These charges will be based on the minimum numbers agreed at the time of booking.
Of course, Foxholes Farm Weddings Ltd will endeavour to re-sell the facilities to another party and if successful, may waive a proportion of the cancellation charge at their discretion.
b. Foxholes Farm Weddings Ltd reserves the right to cancel an event under the following circumstances:
i. If the booking might, in the opinion of Foxholes Farm Weddings Ltd, prejudice the reputation of the venue.
ii. If the client is more than 30 days in arrears with any payment to Foxholes Farm Weddings Ltd.
iii. If Foxholes Farm Weddings Ltd becomes aware of any alteration in the clients financial situation.
iv. Foxholes Farm, or any part of it, is closed due to circumstances beyond our control. In this event a refund of any advance deposit will be paid but would have no other liability.
General Regulations
a. Guests using the facilities of Foxholes Farm must comply with all regulations concerning licensing, fire, health and safety.
b. Hazardous or dangerous items may not be brought into Foxholes Farm without prior permission. Foxholes Farm reserves the right to approve any externally arranged entertainment, services or activities that you have arranged.
c. It is the responsibility of the third party to provide all risk assessments and insurance for all activities conducted on site, all must be provided on request.
d. Any band or musician must comply with the terms stated within the 'public entertainment code of conduct.'
e. Should guests act in an improper or disorderly way, or refuse to comply with reasonable requests from our staff, Foxholes Farm Weddings Ltd reserves the right to terminate your stay or event. Should this occur, no monies will be refunded to you. The manager's decision is final.
f. Guests may not consume food and drink on the premises not supplied by Foxholes Farm Weddings Ltd unless a corkage fee of £6.00 per bottle has been paid.
g. Any wine provided by You must be provided to Foxholes Farm Weddings Ltd on the day prior to the service to enable chilling and counting.
h. We will arrange a licence to cover this event until midnight on your behalf with Sheffield City Council
i. Foxholes Farm Weddings Ltd will be liable to you and your guests for injury or loss and damage only where and to the extent we have been negligent. Otherwise there shall be no liability whatsoever. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the security of your property, though we will do our utmost to look after it.
• You will be held liable for any loss or damage to Foxholes Farm Weddings Ltd or Foxholes Farm property and fittings (including any items hired by us for your use), or for injury to anyone including Foxholes Farm Weddings Ltd staff arising as a consequence of this booking.
j. Foxholes Farm Weddings Ltd reserves the right to charge for any additional services requested during the event if you do not adhere to agreed timings.
k. Foxholes Farm Weddings Ltd strongly recommends taking out adequate insurance to cover the cost of cancellation and other liabilities.
l. All conditions are subject to the law of England and Wales.
